This transportation mapping project provides a focused overview of mobility and infrastructure in Vista, California. The three-map series examines the city’s transportation network through an overall infrastructure map highlighting major roads, railroads, parks, and bridge locations; a public transit access map showing transit routes and stop locations; and a bicycle access map comparing existing bikeways with proposed improvements. Together, the maps demonstrate how GIS can be used to organize transportation assets, evaluate multimodal access, and communicate infrastructure patterns in a clear planning format.
